How to Apply (IAEA Intern)

Step 1: Complete the Intern Application Checklist to confirm your eligibility (Note: a separate
checklist must be completed for each position).

If you meet the program requirements, please proceed to apply by completing the remaining
steps by the application deadline:

Step 2: Send your resume and cover letter to IAEA Programs at Argonne!
Email your resume and cover letter in a single combined PDF file to
Interns.kx1lqskdkudo9lxe@u.box.com. Please make sure to include the Position ID (Ex:
NE202301-P0) as the file name. The file(s) will be uploaded to IAEA Programs at Argonne.

Please do NOT include any sensitive or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as birth
date, transcripts, security clearances, social security number, passport data, etc.

You will receive a confirmation email that your email attachment was uploaded.

Step 3: Submit your information to IAEA!

Complete and submit an online job application form in the TALEO system.

Under "My Jobpage", click "Access My Profile."

Be sure to complete all the listed steps of the general profile, including uploading the following
attachments: cover letter, resume, transcripts, and two reference letters written on official
letterhead and signed by the recommender. If necessary, the reference letters can be uploaded
to TALEO up to one week after the application deadline.

Click "Submit." As this is a US-funded position, it will not be listed on the general IAEA
job search/page nor under “My Job Page” after you submit.

Step 4: Please inform IAEA-ANLInterns@anl.gov when you have completed all steps.
