SOW - DEMOLITION & CONSTRUCTION GENERAL SCOPE & CONDITION: rv Procurement, supply, fabrication, transport, lifting & shifting, inspection and erection of all the material Inspection of supplied material shall be done by HZL and in case of any fault then the ‘material shall be rejected Labour supply supervision, gate pass management, wages management, accommodation, food, drinking water and transportation of labours inside and outside plant premises under vendor scope All the necessary tools, equipment's and machineries Machinery maintenance to be done outside plant premises. Only in case of necessity with prior permission as per HZL procedure the maintenance shall be done at site. Dedicated supervisor and a safety person at each activity area to be appointed In ease of any delay from the vendor for the reason attributable to vendor, HZL shall complete the job and deduct the same from the order value Bidders shall submit all detalled drawings and final specifications after detailed engineering for HZL approval before start of purchase/manufacturing. ‘Any deviation in the approved make/specifications should be avoided and in case itis required, it must be done with prior approval of HZL only. HSE REQUIREMENTS: 10. 100% compliance as per HZ1 Safety Standards & HZL LSR rules to be adhered by the Vendor HZL standards Life Saving Rules (LSR) Violation will lead to levy of penalties as per policy, Safety, Work at Height, Vehicle and driving, GESM, LOTO, Lifting & shifting, Excavation, Confined space, Permit to work, PPE and Scaffolding standard must be followed. The Vendor will strive for continual Improvement of Safety, Health & Environment at site to achieve "Zero Harm” and follow all the relevant Safety Standards for Equipment’s as well as Employees, Workers and safe guard them against all the possible Hazards & Risks All required safety PPE will be in the Vendor's scope. The Vendor will provide all the safety PPEs, like, High ankle fibre toe Safety Shoes, Safety Helmet, Hand Gloves, Safety Goggles, Dust mask etc. as per M/S. HZL Safety Standards to the working personnel as per job requirement. ‘The Vendor will provide Uniforms with Reflective Vest / Jacket to all his Staffs to bring in discipline & ease of identification of his Staffs/employees Allthe tools and tackles needed to be as per M/s. HZL norms & the same to be certified with fitness tag affixed by M/s, HZL EIC Double dose of COVID Vaccination should be taken by all persons and details/evidences to be submitted during gate pass creation process Risk assessment document/ JSA-lob safety analysis/ HIRA/SWMS to be discussed with and ‘Approved by M/s. HZL EIC before starting of the job Work permit system and weekly safety gate meeting to be done Before commencement of Jobs, every day Tool Box Talk (TBT) to be imparted to the working staffs & the same is to be discussed with & approved by the M/S.
