Terms and Conditions pertaining to American Express Line Increase Program

1. Credit Limit Increase will be offered to Cardmembers solely at the discretion of American Express.
2. A Cardmember is not eligible for a credit limit increase unless intimated by the bank.
3. The Bank reserves the right to decline the request made by the Cardmember, or to revoke the offer
without notice.
4. The Cardmember must respond to the offer within 30 days of receiving the offer communication to
avail of the same. If the Cardmember does not respond within 30 days, the offer stands revoked.
5. The credit limit increase will apply to the overall account which is shared by the primary and the
supplementary cardholder.
6. After giving consent for the limit increase, the Cardmember should not consider the limit as increased
until he receives a confirmation from the Bank on the same.
7. The Bank reserves the right to decrease the credit limit at any time in the future, as per the Bank’s
internal criteria.
8. The Cardmember’s account must be in good standing to avail of the offer.
