TERMS OF REGISTRATION
1. Kaarwan reserves all rights to seek the evidential support documents to authenticate the
information declared or claimed by the applicant in the applications submitted, including age,
address, phone, education, financial details etc. This may lead to the rejection of a candidate at any
stage of the selection process of Tamilnadu Architectural Roadtrip 2024.

2. Kaarwan at its discretion may also seek the applicant to comply with certain requirements. These
include giving an undertaking to Kaarwan to cooperate with the program of Tamilnadu Architectural
Roadtrip 2024, with proper conduct and behavior all through the journey.

3. With respect to the selection of a candidate, the decision of the selection committee will be final
and details of scores/viewing of application forms/or similar information will not be entertained.

4. Whilst this is our endeavor to keep you posted of the developments, we make no
representations/warranties/commitment/undertaking of any kind, expressed or implied, about the
commitment, completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to Tamilnadu
Architectural Roadtrip 2024. Any reliance you place on such information/intimation is therefore
strictly at your own risk. In particular, please keep in mind that the schedule is approximate and
subject to change.

5. Kaarwan shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses
incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, train delays, lockdowns,
curfews, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any
untoward incidents.

6. Kaarwan shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in
connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly
– from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of
transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom
department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. Candidates are advised to
take out their own insurance policies for the duration of the journey.

7. We are also not liable to loss or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of
information/intimation from us/ our website.

8. The registration fee is non- refundable. Kaarwan also reserves the right to deduct a certain amount
of the trip fees depending on the proximity to the travel date, as cancellation charge should you
decide to cancel your participation.

9. You are not allowed to join or leaveTamilnadu Architectural Roadtrip 2024 midway. If you are to
leave Tamilnadu Architectural Roadtrip 2024 mid-way for any emergency/personal reasons, you will
not be issued a Certificate of Participation in the Workshops & for the journey.

10. The organizing team of Tamilnadu Architectural Roadtrip 2024 reserves the right to detain any
candidate during the journey for misconduct or misbehavior. This will be at the sole discretion of the
organizing team, and any fees deposited will not be refunded.

● Date of Trip: 25th January to 2nd February 2024
● Fee structure:
○ Special Pre-Launch Offer Fee: ₹29,999 ₹28,999 (Discounted)
○ Early Bird Fee: ₹36,999 ₹29,999 (Discounted)
○ Actual Trip Fee: ₹36,999
○ For SAARC Citizen: Total Fees - $550 $450
○ For Other Citizen: Total Fees - $650 $550
● This Fee is inclusive of complete transportation, food, accommodation & workshop fee during
the trip starting from Delhi and concluding in Chandigarh.
● Candidates need to mail the scanned copy of this complete Registration form along with
payment details to selections@kaarwan.com & kaarwan.org@gmail.com
● Candidates need to pay the ₹9,999; first installment of the fee by 1st December 2023 to
register for the trip.
● Second installment of ₹19,000 by 2nd January 2024
● Please carry Government Recognized ID Proof & Vaccination Certificate. Student candidates
must also carry valid College I-Cards.
