Job Responsibility & Duties

Presently working as a Line leader with following responsibilities–

➢ To make and maintain all documents such as Machine check sheet, POKA YOKE check sheet, Daily
production sheet, tool life card, rejection sheet, Operator skill matrix sheet, Lot control sheet, 4m
change sheet.
➢ Responsible for on job training to new operators maintain training records and skill up gradation.
➢ Daily target achievement, hourly monitoring of PPH, down time vs. actual.
➢ Line balancing in multi model manufacturing.
➢ Monitoring and handle the line stoppages, which may be due to quality issue, material issue,
equipment failure or operator based issue.
➢ Implement kaizen and POKA YOKE for reduce problems, easy working and improve safety.
➢ Responsible for changeover of different model, tool change after tool life over.
➢ Maintain 5S, discipline & healthy environment on shop floor.
➢ Availability of raw material at line according To production plan.

➢ implement safety poka yoke at guide pin m/c.

➢ Reduce cycle time in bottle neck station.(23 sec. to 34 sec.)
