 Currently working in kandhari Beverages Pvt .limited Jammu from April 2023 to till date. Working as Production
Engineer Daily production plan, Monitor the health checkup of critical machine, Annual maintenance planning,
Manpower handling, daily Production plan entry in SAP.

Role and responsibility (Production Engineer)

 As a Team member in productivity improvement projects such as carton loss reduction, KAIZEN, safety audit and Food
safety audit.
 Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
 Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
 Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
 Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
 Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
 Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
 Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
 Maintaining K.P.I parameters such as can loss, carton loss, glue loss to defined limits and improving upon through
projects.
 Knowledge of safe work culture such as work Permit system, safety audits, machine guarding audits, and use of L.O.T.O
locks.
 5S JH& T.P.M, CLTI Implementation at the line.
 Day to day monitoring and preventive maintenance of machine &Line.
 Responsible for monitoring the operators for the entire line production.
 Take care of the production, quality, Cost, delivery and packing safety

 Worked as an Line operator in XALTA FOO D AND BEVERAGES PVT. LTD. Rohad, Bahadurgarh (Haryana)
fromNov2015to December 2017.Working experience in operation and maintenance of Shrink Wrapper Packer machine
(Dimac-Blue star, Cermex & Chinese make),IabeIer machine (Hilden and Hymech) make and Shrink sleeve label
Applicator machine.

 Worked as Shrink Packaging Line lncharge at RAIL NEER Plant, Nagloi , Delhi {V.H.V Beverages Pvt. Ltd) From
December 2017 to December 2018. F.P.R for packaging machine and responsibility included maintenance planning, spare
parts indenting and smooth operation of machine.

 Worked as multi-functional maintenance supervisor in UNITED BREWERIES LIMITED, Patna, from January 2019 to
Feb-2021. Experience in maintenance line in charge of can filler, Dimac Star wrap Carton former machine, Khs Case
packer machine, and Khs palletizer machine. And operation of E.B.I (electronic bottle inspector- Krones make),
depalletiser machine (Comaco make) and check weighed machine (LCS controls make) and other bottling equipment.

 Working as Packaging supervisor in Parle Agra Pvt. LTD, Varansi from Feb- 2021 to till date with experience in
operation and maintenance of bottle filler, sleeve applicator machine, Star & Tech-long , wrap Carton former machine.
