1- Functioned as a Service Executive (Depot Operations Shift In charge) to handle the
Fleet Size of 100 Buses, address Driver & Customer complaints pertaining to vehicle
troubleshooting, running repairs of low floor Electric buses ( 9 meter) and ensuring
earliest vehicle on road at Ahmedabad area.
2- Responsible for Depot Operations readiness and facilitation.
3- Responsible for availability of tools & equipment’s for better P.M. of the buses.

4- Responsible for handling depot Operations manpower’s and their deployment.
5- Responsible for analyzing the depot Operations manpower capability building and
provide trainings to them accordingly.
6- Conducting weekly parts meeting with SPD team to avoid the shortage of fast-
moving consuming spares parts and coordinating with SPM for stocking of parts.
7- Managed customer (AJL) for issues w.r.t. quality & timely repairs.
8- Responsible for analysis of product performance on route.
9- Responsible for 10 days inspection, 100% Washing and their cleaning quality,
Zero breakdown & 100 % out shedding of the buses.
10- Responsible for operation cost optimization with S.P. & vendors.
