    Dear Mrs. Ann,

    I am Rolando Adolfo and I am writing this letter in relation to the unsettled balance of Eighty-
    Nine Thousand and Eight Hundred Fifty-Five (₱89,855.00) with account code SADOLA01, of which I
    failed to notice.

    With this regard, I promise to pay the unsettled balance in an installment and progressive payment
    every 15th and 30th of the month and when my retirement benefit releases this November 2022.

    I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank the LIPA Adventist Academy for accommodating and
    giving my son all the chances, your institution may provide. Rest assured that this matter won’t happen
    again in the future.
