    Sir/Ma’am,

    Good day!

    I am writing this letter to inform you as to why my daughter, HANNAH ROSE SALAZAR, was not

    able to attend her classes for two weeks. She was suffering from a flu, and was experiencing severe

    cough and colds into which resulted to her coughing blood. So as a parent concerned with the welfare of

    my daughter as well as the people around her, I advised her not to attend school in the fear that she

    might infect her classmates if it was contagious. It was later that we found out that the blood was

    caused by her dry cough and there was no reason for her to get any treatment, so I advised her to stay

    at our home and get plenty of rest. I hope that you would allow her to attend her classes and be able to

    pass the outputs she have missed during her absences.
