Authorization Letter

collect the money on my behalf for the Pamaskong Handog event. Due to a health concern, I am
unable to attend to this matter in person. I understand the importance of my presence at the
event, and I deeply regret any inconvenience my absence may cause. However, I trust that Rose
Anne V. Delmo will not only represent me effectively.I appreciate your understanding in this
