2x(2+2) LAG

Configuration Step by Step


MINI-LINK 6600
Local Access to ML6600
• Connect PC to “O&M” port of NPU of
ML6600 equipment, via a Mini-USB cable
• Configure USBLAN IP address “10.0.0.2”, if
it is not configured.
• Then type “10.0.0.1” in Web browser.
• User name: admin_user or control_user
• Password: ericsson
Access ML6600 by Node GUI
Microsoft Edge
1. Access ”10.0.0.1” via Microsoft Edge”

2. Press ”details”
4. Login ” Node GUI”

3. Press ”Go on to
the webpage”
Equipment
Sample : ML6693 with NPU 1003, SBL 1.9 (minimal)
Configure the first and second 2+2 RLB EQP link(1/3)
Management tree-> Radio->Radio links->Configure->Radio Link Terminal
Configure the first and second 2+2 RLB EQP link(2/3)
Management tree-> Radio->Radio links
Configure the first and second 2+2 RLB EQP link (3/3)
Management tree-> Radio->Radio links
2x(2+2) Radio Link Bonding EQP
2+2 Radio Link Bonding EQP, WAN 1/1+2/1

WAN 1/4+5/1
LAG configuration at WAN (UNI)
Packet->Ethernet->Configure->LAG

NE : Active ---> FE : Passive


or
Add“WAN 1/1+2/1”and “WAN 1/4+5/1” into “LAG WAN 1/1+2/1” NE : Passive ---> FE : Active
Layer 2 control protocol (WAN Master)
LACP : Peer ---> for NE and FE
LAG Configuration at LAN (UNI)
Packet->Ethernet->Configure->LAG

Add“LAN 1/6/4”and “LAN 1/6/5 ” into “LAG LAN 1/6/4”

Active ---> LAN pair : Passive


or
Passive ---> LAN pair : Active
Layer 2 control protocol (LAN Master)
LACP : Peer ---> for both of LAN pairs
VLAN configuration with LAG of WAN and LAG of LAN
Packet->Ethernet->Configure->VLAN

“LAG LAN 1/6/5” includes two members: “LAG WAN 1/1+2/1” includes two members:
• “LAN 1/6/4” • WAN 1/1+2/1, which is 1x(2+2) Radio Link Bonding EQP
• “LAN 1/6/5 ” • WAN 1/4+5/1, which is 1x(2+2) Radio Link Bonding EQP
Combining these two WAN together, it is 2x(2+2) Radio Link
Bonding EQP link with LAG
NOTES :
 Minimum Software Base Line (SBL): MINI-LINK6600 1.9_R10M138, but please use the
newest SBL.
 Compatible with NPU 1002 and NPU 1003
 4x(1+1) = 2x(2+2) LAG WAN
 Slot Priority when installing MMU 1002 for config. 2x(2+2) :
