Dear Sir,
In view of the application of Ms/ Hindustan Petroleum regarding approval of
construction of Retail Outlet at Km 28+662 at LSC No-CAD (A)-2 of 2022 located at
Edenthar Seling Aizawl. The site has been inspected by Authority Engineer & EPC
Contractor representatives at KM 28+662 on dated 15.10.2023, after inspection it was
observed that.
1) Width of frontage of Plot: 30 m
2) Depth of Plot: 25 m
3) Radius of Turning Curve: 30m & 45m
4) Radius of Non -Turning Curve: 3m
5) Difference in Level between the highway and the fuel station: 340mm
6) Access area measured at the edge of shoulder on the highway: 10.5m
7) The ROW of the National Highway available at the proposed location from the
center line of nearest carriageway is: 13.545 m.
8) The proposed construction site for Retail outlet is located beyond the NHIDCL
ROW, the distance of retail outlet boundary is 5 m away from the constructed
road edge.
9) The proposed site is not part of any approved Spoil Bank,
10)The cross-drainage structure outlet chute makes a partition between proposed
retail outlet site and spoil bank.
