Thank you for making the time to chat with me about potential partnership opportunities.
Hiring is something that I know both of our companies are trying to reshape as a means of
sustainability, and I believe our backgrounds and ideas have the foundation to create a new plan
of employee recruitment and retention.
I know you recently started at your company, but I do believe your business background
can be leveraged in our partnership. Ideally, I’d like for us to move our partnership forward by
creating an initiative to positively motivate the existing employees and positively recruit new
ones. This could be done by means of things. One thought for retention: creating a morale and
retention committee for the employees, run by the employees. Onet thought for recruitment:
salary transparency. Today’s generation of workers want to be fairly compensated as well as
appreciated. We can retain truly interested talent by recruiting as honestly as we can.
