Suggestions/Comments
1. The company is wasting 62.5% of water, although the water is a product
base but conditions may be optimized to reduce the water wastage. Secondly
the gray water produced in the process may be carefully recycled by using a
simple RO plant and again fresh mineral water of same quality may be
produced. In this way the wastage of water may be minimized to almost 5-
10% or so.

2. For the plastic waste which is about 20% should be recycled for the
manufacturing of plastic bottles again, instead of reducing initial amount of
plastic and compromising the quality. In this way the plastic waste would
approach to 1 or less than 1%.

3. Also, the marketed bottles should be collected after their use and reused after
careful washing or even melting them to produce new ones. In this way the
company may achieve the circular economy parameter and production
would be enhanced and prices would go low and more buyers means more
and sustainable business.

4. The wastage in flavoring product is about 5% which is somewhat bearable

but by optimizing the process the flavoring may also be saved and wastage
would reduce to less than 5%.
