3243(अ).— के ीय सरकार, पयावरण (संरण) अिधिनयम, 1986 (1986 का 29) क धारा 3 क
उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (3) ारा द त शि#य$ का योग करते 'ए, भारत सरकार के पयावरण, वन और जलवायु

प*रवतन मं+ालय क अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 2311(अ), तारीख 4 जुलाई, 2016 म3 िन4निलिखत संशोधन करती है,
अथात:् —
उ9त अिधसूचना म3,—
(i) आरंिभक पैरा म3, ;म सं<या (12) और (13) तथा उनसे संबिं धत िवि?य$ का लोप कया जाएगा;
(ii) पैरा 11 म3, “दो वष क अविध के िलए’’ शBद$ के Cथान पर, “3 अ9तूबर, 2018 तक क अविध के िलए या
अगले आदेश तक, इसम3 से जो भी पूवतर हो’’ शBद और अंक रखे जाएंगे।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th July, 2018
S.O. 3243(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the
Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate
Change, number S.O. 2311(E), dated the 4th July, 2016, namely:—
In the said notification,––
(i) in the opening paragraph, serial numbers (12) and (13) and the entries relating thereto, shall
be omitted;
(ii) in paragraph 11, for the words “for a period of two years”, the words and figures “for a period
upto the 3rd October, 2018 or until further orders whichever is earlier” shall be substituted.
