There is no correct answer here; however, there are

many wrong answers…

First you want to start out with Vehicle Cargo from the
CEO Office. Afterwards, you’ll want a bunker for all your
passive stock needs. While you’re grinding vehicle
cargo, and shoving some VIP Work in there (Sightseer
and Headhunter) your bunker will turn any supplies you
have into stock to sell (make sure that your technicians
are assigned specifically to Manufacturing (only
assign them to research when you have every business
and every upgrade, so you don’t need any more
money)). The stock that they’ve produced can be
delivered and sold to buyers for ~$210k per $75k
supplies purchase (always purchase your supplies, it
gives the perfect amount for a 1-person delivery). Now
that your bunker is sorted, purchase a Nightclub!
Nightclubs will generate passive income from your club,
as well as generate goods for you to sell off (entirely
passive generation). The Nightclub will want you to own
some MC Businesses, so why not purchase the
necessary ones (MC is inferior to CEO, but merely
owning the properties (and doing the setup mission)
will allow you to use their services in the Nightclub).
Now that we have all of the important businesses, let’s
discuss upgrades! First, you want to hire technicians for
your Nightclub, and assign them to anything that’s
available. Next, purchase the top 2 Nightclub upgrades,
which will allow you to a) accrue goods faster, and b)
half the popularity decrease per day. Then you’ll want
the top 2 Bunker upgrades (I don’t remember what they
do, but they help a lot), there is no need to get security
upgrades, unless you have $600k to waste on both the
Nightclub and Bunker, on non-cosmetic upgrades
which don’t help whatsoever (unless your stock storage
is at ~$1m worth). You’ll also want more storage in your
Nightclub, and to get yourself a Terrorbyte for the
Client Jobs (which are amazing, $30k in about a minute
or two if you have an Op.MK.II).

At this point, everything I’ll suggest from now on is

opinion:

Buy a Doomsday facility (you might as well do

the DD heist, or just do the Bogdan glitch)!

Buy a Penthouse for the Casino, the jobs from

it make $50k bonus each for first time
completion, the last makes $500k bonus, and
gives you an armoured car as a “gift”.

Buy an Oppressor Mk.II if you don’t already

have one, and customise it in the Terrorbyte.

If you have a Hydra, or want a giant Princess

Robot Bubblegum jet packed with cluster
bombs specifically for carpet bombing, then
buy an air-freight hanger (don’t actually do any
of the missions except the setup though, they
seriously aren’t worth). Oh, and that death-jet
is the Volatol, in case you were curious…

At this point we’re spending millions for fun, so

let’s add to that… Why not buy a YACHT! THE
MOST USELESS PURCHASE ANYBODY CAN
MAKE (and that includes the Luxor Deluxe or
whatever the gold private jet is called… at least
that has a use)

And while we’re on the topic, buy one of those

stupid gold planes too!

There is no limit to the amount of purchases you can

make now, so let your heart go wild with impulse
purchases, random things that you want, and about 120
cars of garage space!

As you can probably tell, my professionalism

deteriorated heavily throughout this answer, but the
entire top section I will stand by. Good luck, and safe

When my character was reset (for no apparent reason)

back in November, my immediate goal was to get back
into action. My goals: rank 135 (the last one that
matters) and maximum income. The best business is a
fully-deployed nightclub, but sadly this requires you to
have five other business ventures as well:

CEO cargo warehouse, Gunrunning bunker, MC coke

lockup, MC cash factory, MC meth lab. These don’t
need to be upgraded (but you should upgrade the
bunker, when you can).

For GTA Online, I recommend saving money and

purchasing a facility and then doing the Doomsday
Heist up to ACT 2 then just do the B2B Glitch, Youtube
will help you for that.

For our legit lads here, I would recommend getting a

CEO Office then a CEO Car Warhouse and then you
source cars, if you have 0 money you can source high
end cars and you wont have to pay the Damage for it if
you have no money it will be comped! You can then sell
it for 100K if you pay 20k for the upgrades = 80k
upgrade!

Realistically you want to also dabble in the MC

business, Cocaine is your main
