4 new machines arrived without the thermocouple in the spare parts box, the check list
say 3 thermocouple and only had 1

NOTE:

2. Machine model, machine serial number, manufacture date and screw model (for original one) is written on the name plate which is attached to
the machine.
3. If the screw is not the original one, please omit the screw model issue and give out the screw serial number which was engraved at the end of the
screw.
4. FOC parts will not be accepted without Photos as proof of the part failure. Please reference the photo each part claim.
5. Once claim form MUST be use for each machine.
