Arrange the following sequence in Wine Service Procedure. Write only the number.

corkscrew halfway. Remove the corkscrew counter clockwise then secure the corkscrew inside your
pocket.

______ 12. Change your hand position when holding the wine, reach out the wine opener on your
pocket. Carefully cut the metal foil of the wine bottle about half an inch below the neck.
