MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY
As I reflect on my first year, I've experienced growth,
learned from interactions, and embraced new
challenges. Life, to me, is a journey of continuous
learning and adaptation.and also for me life is to fullfill
your purpose in life and accomplish all your goals.It
means
everyone has a purpose of why there are living .Non of
us will be here if we all didn't
have a purpose. Looking ahead, my vision is to assist
and engage with users in more meaningful ways. In
conclusion, the past year has been a fascinating
chapter, and I'm eager for the chapters yet to unfold.
JOURNAL REFLECTION
"WHO AM I"
I AM LAICA RIVERA SALEM 18 YEARS OLD PROBABLY
THAT IS HOW I INTRODUCED MYSELF BUT SOMETIMES
WHEN PEOPLE ASK ME WHO AM I. I JUST SHOW THEM
MY ID OR ANY PAPER WHERE IN MY NAME IS WRITTEN.
BUT THE TRUTH IS I DON'T EXACTLY KNOW MY SELF
SOMETIMES I WONDER WHY I AM EMOTIONALLY
SENSITIVE WHEN IT COMES TO MY FAMILY OR
ANYTHING THAT CONCERNS ME AND I GET EASILY HURT
WHEN I ENCOUNTER SOME PEOPLE WHOM I SEE THAT IS
MORE CAPABLE THAN ME. I AM INSECURE AND I FEEL IT
ALL OVER MY BLOOD VEINS. I DONT HAVE TYE
CONFIDENCE FOR MY SELF.
I DONT LIKE CROWDED AREAS. IM BEING USED TO BE IN A PEACFUL PLACE
WHERE NO PEOPLE ARE TALKING AND MAKING NOISE . ILOVE BEING
ALONE IN A ROOM BUT MAKE SURE IT HAS AN INTERNET CONNECTION SO
THAT ILL BE ABLE TO DO THE THINGS I WANT. LIKE READING STORIES,OR
EVEN SEARCHING PLACES OR MAKING WINDOW SHOPPING USING MY
SHOPPE APP. MORE OVER,I'D NOTICE TO MY SELF THAT IM NOT SOCIALLY
ACTIVE, I DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT I DON'T LIKE
STRANGERS. YOU CAN BE CONSIDERED AS A LUCKY PERSON WHEN YOU
BECAME ONE OF MY CLASSMATES BECAUSE IM SUPER TALKATIVE UNLESS I
KNOW YOU OR I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WITH YOU OR BEEN WITH YOU WITH
MY EXPERIENCES BUT I AM FRIENDLY IF I FEEL COMFORTABLE BEING
WITH THAT PERSON BECAUSE THAT IS WHO I AM.
WHEN IT COMES TO TALLENT AND SKILLS L, WELL I COULD SING
BUT I HATE DANCING I REMEMBER I BECAME PART OF A CHOIR AND
GOT PRAISED BY OUR MENTOR FOR BEING GOOD AT DOING ALTO
BUT THAT WAS WAY BACK THEN I WAS IN JUNIOR HIGH ,AND
TALKING ABOUT MY SKILLS WELL IM NOT BAD AT COOKING AND
MAKING DESSERTS. I NEED UP EXPERIMENTING THE FOOD SO THAT
I COULD BE ABLE TO CREATE MY RECIPE BECAUSE MY PLAN AND MY
AMBITION ARE RO CREATE MY OWN BUSINESS AND PROBABLY THE
MAIN REASON WHY DID I TAKE ECONOMICS.

HERE I HAVE JUST SHARED THE THINGS I KNOW ABOUT MY SELF


BUT T7HAT IS ONLY PARTIAL IN NOT YET DONE WITH THE PROCESS
I STILL FIGURING IT OUT MY HIDDEN ABITLITIES AND I WANT TO
KNOW WHERE AM I CAPABLE OF.
MANAGING THE SELF
Physical Development (Body):

Goal: Improve overall fitness and stamina.


Activities/Habits:
Engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise five times a week.
Incorporate strength training into the routine twice a week.
Prioritize getting 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.
Spiritual:

Goal: Cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.


Activities/Habits:
Practice meditation for 10 minutes daily.
Set aside time for reflection and gratitude every evening.
Explore and deepen understanding of personal beliefs and values.
Mental:
Goal: Enhance cognitive skills and knowledge.
Activities/Habits:
Read at least one educational or thought-provoking article/book per week.
Dedicate focused time to learn a new skill or subject.
Engage in regular puzzles or brain games to stimulate mental agility.
Emotional:

Goal: Foster emotional well-being and resilience.


Activities/Habits:
Maintain a journal for self-reflection and emotional expression.
Prioritize time for hobbies and activities that bring joy.
Practice effective stress management techniques, such as deep breathing or
mindfulness.
Setting clear goals and establishing these habits will contribute to a more
balanced and fulfilling semester ahead.
