INTERNAL ASSESSMENT
SESSION: 2023 - 2024
TOPIC
“When people are enslaved, as long as they hold fast to their language it is as if they had the key to their
prison.”- The Last Lesson (Write an essay on the given theme. Word Limit: 800 – 1000)
OR
How people with undeterred determination face the obstacles of life and leave a mark for themselves –
Deep Water (Write an essay on the given theme. Word Limit: 800 – 1000)
OR
Women Empowerment – Aunt Jennifer’s Tigers (Write an essay on the given theme. Word Limit: 800 –
1000)
The Project may include the following:

• Cover Page, with title of the project, school details of the student.
• Theme/Objectives
• Certificate of completion under the guidance of the teacher.
• Students’ reflections or opinions
• Relevant pictures to be pasted or sketches can be drawn.
• Apart from the main content, there should be Acknowledgement, Index, Introduction, Conclusion
and Bibliography of the project.

• Accuracy of information
• Adherence to the specified timeline
• Expression (spellings, grammar, punctuation)
• Clarity of thoughts and ideas
• Creativity
• Knowledge and experience gained
Materials Required

• One Channel File


• A4 Size ruled papers
• Glitter pens/Coloured pens (Don’t use sketch pens and black ink for writing the Project)
• Some relevant pictures related to the given topic.
Note: This Project work carries 5 marks and there will be a VIVA of 5 marks to be conducted
later based on this project.
