that in most countries the government of a country is characterized by separation of
powers. He asks you if the same applies to Vietnam. Explain to Pete whether there is
separation of powers in the Vietnamese legal system. Also, outline in particular the
constitutional restraints, checks and balances under the Vietnam Constitution.

Index (SI) below 20%, no single source exceeding 2%, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) below
