1.On 29-08-2019 an amount of 21,500/- donated to a boy of 2012 Nuzvid Batch student for
medical treatment.

2.On 25-09-2019 an amount of 10,000/- given to a girl from (ECE branch) 2017 Batch RGUKT –
Srikakulam to buy medicines.

3.On 27-12-2019 amount 20,000/- given to a boy of 2016 batch student for his father medical
operation.

4.An amount of 1,995/- given to 5 members of students for travelling purpose to their home
for sankranthi vacation on 29-12-2019.

5.On 05-02-2020 an amount of 5,000/- donated to a boy of RGUKT Nuzvid for his fatther’s
chemotherpy.

6.On 19-03-2020 an amount of 350/- given to 1 student for travelling expenses for emergecy
holidays.

7.On 19-03-2020 an amount of 130/- provided for minimum requirments to the students of E1-ECE
batch of RGUKT srikakulam.

8.On 19-03-2020 an amount of 500/- given to a student to travel to home for emergrncy holidays.

9.On 19-03-2020 an amount of 100/- given to a student to travel to home for emergrncy holidays.

10.On 09-04-2020 an amount of 10,000/- provided to a boy of 2016 batch.

11.On 12-08-2020 an amount of 10,000/- provided to a student of 2016 batch(ECE branch).

13.On 10-12-2020 an amount of 1,500/- provided to a student of 2016 batch.

14.On 02-04-2021 an amount of 2,000/- provided to a student of 2017 batch for health treatment.

15.On 2-04-2021 an amount of 2,000/- donated for a student’s parent health issue of 2017 batch.

16.On 09-04-2021 an amount of 280/- provide for a student of 2017 batch(CSE branch) for the
medical need.

17.On 10-04-2021 some amount of 300/- provided for a student of 2017 batch(CSE branch) for the
travelling expenses.
18.On 09-05-2021 some amount of 5,000/- provided to a student of 2016 batch.

19.On 09-07-2021 we donated an amount of 25,000/- donated to our faculty member family.

20.On 19-07-2021 some money of 10,000/- donated to a student of 2016 batch(ECE brabch).

21.On 31-07-2021 some amount of 5,000/- donated to a student of 2017 batch(ECE branch).

22.On 20-08-2021 an amount of 5,000/- donated to a student of 2017 batch under the medical
allowance.

23.On 28-09-2021 an amount of 5,000/- donated to astudent of 2017 batch under medical.

24.On 01-08-2022 we provided 500/- to a student of 2018 btach for basic needs.

25.On 09-09-2022 we donated 10,000/- to the worker in our collage named N.Nagamani for the
operation.

26. On 22-09-2022 we donated other half amount of 10,000/- to the worker N.Nagamani for
medication and operation.

27.On 27-09-2022 we provided travelling allowance of 1,100/- for the students for dussehra
holidays.

28.On 02-10-2022 we donated the amount of 30,000/- to a student for the operation.

29.On 16-02-2023 our SM provided the 3,000/- to a student of 2017 batch under medical
allowances.

30.On 12-04-2023 we provided 25,000/- to a student of 2019 batch for the treatment under medical
allowances.

31.On 12-05-2023 we allotaed 200/- as travelling allowances to a girl.

32.On 01-06-2023 we donated 5000/- to a student.

33.In the month of June 2023 money provided to a R.K Valley student for attaining the power
lifting internatiols in abroad.

34.On 19-06-2023 we provided assistance to a girl of 2018 btach,since she last her luggage in
travelling along with her money nad medicines.

35. On 29-08-2023 we donated 12,000/- to a senior girl father kidney transplantation of 2016
batch.

36. On 18-10-2023 , money was donated 10,000/- to a boy from 2019 batch as he got it in 24 hrs
and spent money on his operation.

37.On 20-10-2023 an amount of 1,750/- provided travelling allowances for the 4 students who are
facing problems for going home.
STUDENTS REFRESHMENTS AND RAISING TREASURY:

1.A Quiz event named ERASMUS was organized on August 23,2019.

2.CAMPUS HUNT entertainment game was organized on Teachers day (05-09-2019).

3.Diyazeal’19 event is organized on the occasion of DIWALI ,Expenditure for buying items
(26-10- 2019).

4.FIESTA’20 event is organized on New year special (31-12-2019).

6.YAARI’22 is organized for Frienship day on August 6,2022.

7.AVIGHNA event was organized on the occasion of Diwali (18-09-2023).

8.TEJOTSAV event was organized on the occasion of Diwali (12-11-2023).

MEDICAL CAMPAIGNS:

1.A Medical camp focusing on Dental and Dermitology issues was held on December 12,2019.

2. Some amount spent for a BLOOD CAMPAIGN for supplying fruits(19-03-2020).

3.A BLOOD CAMP was held with colabaration of IGM(07-10-2023).

**Programmes:

1. SM RICE BAG PROGARMME in lockdown for 48 students to buy the essential house hold
goods(15-08-2020)

* Conducted an awareness program named “Udithi” on Girl Child Day to promote awareness and
empowerment for girls on October 10,2023.
