WEEK __2_, ___3___ HOURS
ANSWER SHEET

IV. ANALYSIS/ACTIVITIES/ASSESSMENT
1. Yes, development happens in a logical order, with later abilities building on previous ones. For
instance, good fine motor development for young children leads to later skills - threading
beads, using tweezers, and all those finger-using games strengthening their strength and
dexterity, ultimately making handwriting mores simple - more controlled and less taxing.

2. Early Childhood- What should preschool teachers do with their students? Help them acquire
school preparedness while remaining non-academic in your teaching method. They should
provide plenty of space for preschoolers to play. Alternatively, you might help toddlers build
school readiness by incorporating children's games into school activities.

Middle and Late Childhood-Elementary school teachers should assist their students by:
Creating teaching lessons that are understandable to the entire class, motivating students and
encouraging them to overcome obstacles, educating them, and honing their abilities.
Parents should assist their children by:
mentoring them and offering their children with words of encouragement, support, and spiritual
wellbeing. They must also love their children and urge them to work and study hard.
Adolescence- Adolescent High School teachers should assist their students by
challenging pupils to work more. In order to motivate students, teachers must create a cheerful and
warm environment in which students are more likely to be happy. By analyzing students' abilities and
talents and assisting them in developing them. And preparing them for life after high school.
3. -Teach them to respect the old, because if we don't, their grandchildren will do the same.
-Teach empathy to foster peaceful relationships not only with family members but also with others,
particularly the elderly.

5. REFLECTION
As a future teacher, understanding the different development tasks across the life stages of the
learners is essential. By making the learning process simpler for students, teachers can promote
learning. This does not imply decreasing standards or watering down the curriculum. Facilitating
learning instead entails teaching students how to think critically and how learning occurs. Students
must learn to question the world around them in addition to learning the fundamentals of who, what,
where, and when.
Teaching styles and activities, as well as their level of complexity, should be based on the learners'
developmental phases and the required abilities that they are expected to achieve in the life stage in
which they are.

 Teachers can better manage their kids as a result of the findings, which are valuable for them.
Teachers will be better equipped to impart knowledge to their students because they will have a
better understanding of who they are as learners.
