Client Journey on the App:

1. Onboarding and Registration:

 The client access the website app from his browser.

 He can directly start navigating on the app,

 Log In Button and Sign Up on the upside bar.

 They can sign up/create account via their Phone Number (or link Gmail Account)

2. Home Screen:

 the client is directed to the home screen.

 The home screen showcases a search bar where they can enter their location and an
interactive Map to search by enabling location feature.

 (They can also see featured barbers) .

3. Finding Services:

 The client enters their location or selects a nearby area to find barbers.

 They can use filters to refine their search based on pricing, availability, and customer
ratings.

 The app displays a list of matching barbers, each one with his own profile with
Images, client reviews and relevant information (haircuts types, prices…)

4. Viewing Barber Profiles:

 The client can click on a barber to view their profile page.

 The profile includes details about the barber, their specialties, pricing, availability,
and customer reviews.

 Clients can see the barber's portfolio and schedule on the profile page.

5. Booking an Appointment:

 On the barber's profile page, the client can view the available time slots and select a
suitable date and time for the appointment.

 They select the booking and receive a notification confirming the appointment.

6. Notifications and Reminders:

 The app sends notifications and reminders to the client before the appointment date
and time. ( Via SMS, Whatsapp Texts, emails..)

 Clients can manage their appointments and cancel if needed.

7. Payment and Reviews:

 Clients can leave a review and rating for the barber


8. User Profile:

 The client can access their user profile, which includes their appointment history,
saved favorites, and payment details.

 They can also manage their preferences and account settings.

Barber Interface Features:

1. Sign Up and creating an account:

 When selecting Register as a barber, they are greeted with a welcoming screen and
prompted to register filling all the necessary informations to make a profile on the
app.

2. Login and Authentication:

 The barber logs in using their registered email Or Phone number and password.

 The app verifies their identity and grants access to the barber dashboard.

3. Dashboard Overview:

 The barber is directed to their dashboard, which provides an overview of their data
analytics, upcoming appointments, past bookings, and notifications.

4. Managing Services and Availability:

 Barbers can update their service offerings, specialties, pricing, and availability.

 They can set working hours, days off, and block time slots for personal breaks
activating a Snooze Mode.

5. Appointment Management:

 Barbers can view and manage their upcoming appointments, including details of
each client and service booked.

 They can confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.

6. Portfolio and Reviews:

 The barber can showcase their portfolio, including images of their work, to attract
potential clients.

 They can view and respond to client reviews and ratings.

7. Earnings and Payment Tracking:

 Barbers can track their earnings from each appointment.

 The app provides an overview of total earnings for a selected period.

8. Profile and Settings:

 Barbers can access and update their profile information, contact details, and other
preferences.
9. Communication and Support:

 The app offers a communication channel where barbers can receive inquiries from
clients and respond promptly.

 Barbers can also access customer support and assistance if needed.
