CHOOSING YOUR UNIVERSITY MAJOR & UNI LIST

Once we have brainstormed possible majors you are interested in, we will finalise 1
We will share career paths open after the final major of choice
Based on the subject, we will share uni list options based on your budget
List finalisation of 5 unis, applying for 1 major across all 5
Based on your final list, we will outline any entrance examinations required

Essay writing, brainstorming, and editing

Detailed brainstorming based on successful essay samples

Your draft will go through 2 rounds of detailed feedback + 1 round of proofreading

WORKING Process:

Intensive 1 on 1 counselling program with Head of Counseling, Alizeh Atif

Day and time will be between Mon and Fri (5 pm being the last slot for weekdays, and
rescheduling only being possible if notified latest 12 hours before the session by email)
1 - 2 sessions/ week online on Zoom/ in person with Alizeh in DHA Phase 7

Counselling program duration: June 2023 - Oct 2023

Investment for the UCAS end to end counselling Rs 300,000

Payment type: Cash / Uncrossed Cash cheque .

Bank transfer is possbile with an additional 10 % charge

BGN time and effort spent is not just covered in our consultation sessions. Rather the total
investment for the program covers the time and effort spent between sessions during which
we conduct research, provide detailed feedback, editing and make tailored material and
resources for your profile.

Please read & sign our terms of enrolment. This needs to be emailed back for next steps:

All communication must be done through emails solely and will be replied to during office
hours. It is the client's responsibility to respond to our emails within 24 hours

We cannot take any responsibility for the course to be full before application has been
submitted as being aware of deadlines of all cycles is the client's responsibility

Once a major has been decided upon there will be no changes made in any circumstances,
so use the right time to have the relevant discussion with all stakeholders

Once a university list has been confirmed by you there will be no changes or additions in
any circumstances

Please do not assume admissions are guaranteed anywhere as our services are there to
help you better your application and improve your profile rather than place you
unconditionally. We also reserve the right to not finalise a university list where we know you
don't meet the academic requirement. Again, working with us does not mean your lack of
meeting academic requirement can be compensated for.

All deadlines are strict and final and failure to provide drafts on time will not be met with an
extension from our end and are not BGN's responsibility

Sharing BGN material online or offline is strictly prohibited

Consultation begins when full payment is made in advance. There shall be no

refund/exchange of any amounts under any circumstances. This applies to any advance
instalment too. If you defer your admission, changes in the yearly advising fee will apply.

We do not WRITE essays or CVs. Rather we provide in-depth feedback through Google drive
comments for content, structure, and grammar. In this package, there will be 2 rounds of
edits and cannot be extended beyond that

All expenses incurred in the application process, i.e. application fees, standardized are to be
borne by the applicant and registration deadlines and availability is to be researched by
the client. If you choose to terminate your application process, you will not be eligible for a
refund.

You agree to provide a named testimonial of our services which will be advertised & work
with our university partners to support your university research. Application student
information will have to be shared, including sending emails to confirm our partnernship.

The acceptances and testimonial would be part of our social media & marketing process.
Timing of this cannot be determined by client.

You cannot work with an agent or external counselor while working with us

If you have scheduled a session and need to cancel, it will need to be informed latest 12
hours in advance, If you are late, please note that we can meet you for the remainder of the
meeting slot as we have pre-scheduled meetings.

You take full responsibility to meet all internal deadlines and show up on time to all
scheduled appointments, and any delay on your part will not be met with an extension.

All tests such as SAT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, UCAT/BMAT processes, additional university or job
requirements deadlines & registration process is looked into independently by the student
and will not be looked into by BGN. This includes the university policy on test submission
and all processes beyond the university essays, CV and interview.

Any components of the application process or additional edits requested not

mentioned/covered in the proposal will be additionally charged.

Once a client confirms a university list, and because of any personal reason that list is no
longer viable, our work will still be considered complete, with no repeat of process, and in
no circumstances a refund or exchange processed.

Clients directly or indirectly, in public or private, cannot deprecate, impugn or otherwise

make any remarks that would tend to or be construed to tend to defame BGN or its
reputation, nor shall the client assist any person, firm or company in doing so, this can lead
to termination of the process.

By signing this, you are taking responsibility for being aware and in agreement with all
clauses above
