How to Reach (by bus)
Good motorable roads connect Santiniketan with Kolkata 213 kms (The
distance of Bolpur from Panagarh 44, from Burdwan 48 and from Calcutta
119), Durgapur 56 kms, Sarnath 197 kms.

How to Reach (by Car / Cab)

Kolkata to Santiniketan by car is one of the most enjoyable journeys to take
with your family or with friends as it is a short trip. Traveling to Santiniketan
from Kolkata, across a distance of approximately 163 km should take about
three hours. The major stops along the way include – Singur, Burdwan and
Bolpur.

How to Reach (by Train)

There are many daily trains from Kolkata Howrah Junction and Sealdah to
Prantik or Bolbur which is 2 km away from Santiniketan. The duration of the
journey is approximately 3 hours. Some of the trains which are connecting
