You bought a music concert ticket. However, you are unable to go.

So you want to
offer the ticket to your friend.
Dear Dan,

Hope you're doing great. Today I’m writing this letter to suggest you take my
music concert ticket because I can’t attend it by myself.

As you know, Blackpink is holding their world tour and Vietnam is one of their
destinations. The concert is going to take place at My Dinh Stadium with more
than thirteen songs and there will also be a solo performance of four members. I
was thrilled when hearing this news. As a big fan of Blackpink, I can't miss their
live performance; therefore, I bought a ticket for their concert on 29th July from
7:30 p.m with no hesitation.

Unfortunately, I have to cancel it because something has come up. Yesterday, my

parents just informed me that we must go back to my hometown to attend the 50th
wedding anniversary of my grandparents this weekend. Although I really want to
join the concert, I cannot make my grandparents upset due to my absence.

Thus I decided to give you the ticket for free if you’re interested. I hope that you
will enjoy the show and share with me all recordings Please come to my house and
collect the ticket on Friday.

Write back soon.

Warm wishes,

One way to solve the problem of congestion in cities is to build the sky trains
which run over head rather than on or underground . What are the advantages and
disadvantages of building sky trains to solve congestion?

In today’s modern life, constructing sky trains can be viewed as one solution to
deter the problem of congestion in urban areas. While there are some certain
benefits to this, we should also consider some unexpected drawbacks involved.
On the one hand, it is seemingly comprehensible why some advocate the idea that
building elevated trains has considerable bearing on solving traffic jams. The first
advantage of this is that it may be the fastest way to commute in cities. In fact, sky
trains operate on their separate railways and barely enter congestion-prone spots on
the ground; therefore, such trains could easily come to destinations speedily and
safely. An added advantageous point is that it can dwindle the number of private
vehicles to ease the traffic congestion. To illustrate, unlike cars or motorbikes, this
kind of train is capable of transporting hundreds of people simultaneously and
meeting the demand of a vast number of passengers, thereby mitigating traffic jams
caused by individual vehicles in major cities.

Irrespective of the aforementioned merits of sky trains, I am convinced that this

invention has an adverse impact on both governments and citizens. The first
drawback is that the construction and maintenance fees of these systems are
exorbitantly expensive. The cost of building and maintaining common train routes
costs a lot of money to governments, let alone constructing overhead railways,
thus, not many countries could afford and put it into use. Another disadvantageous
point is that it is a contributor to air and noise pollution. In fact, rail transportation
is not environmentally friendly because it releases a large amount of toxic fumes
into the air, and during the process of moving, the train generated so much noise,
which is annoying/ irritating people residing nearby the tracks.
In conclusion, while the appearance of the overhead train ......., I would contend
