1.適用範圍
本試驗評估透過阻擋陽光產生的熱輻射來抑制溫度上升的能力。
適用具有隔熱效能的紡織品如窗簾、陽傘、帽子、工作服等。

2.用語釋義
2.1 日照(Solar radiation)：太陽熱能穿過大氣層到達地面之輻射能量，大部分熱能位於
紫外光、可見光與近紅外光之 300 nm~2500 nm 波長範圍內。
2.2 遮熱率(Heat-ray shielding rate)：光熱能穿過試驗片之受熱體上升溫度與空白樣受熱
體上升溫度之比值。
2.3 遮熱性(Heat-ray shielding performance)：紡織品隔絕太陽輻射日照之效能。
2.4 輻射強度(Irradiance)：太陽或人工光源單位面積之輻射熱能，單位為 W/m2。

3.品質
將第 8 章求得之遮熱率 S 依據下表，對應到該區分記號

4.試驗環境條件
測試應在沒有任何窗戶讓自然光進入的房間內進行，因此可以通過關閉環境照明使房
間完全變暗。應確保房間符合標準環境條件溫度 (20±2)℃ 和濕度 (65±4)%。
備考：標準環境條件參考 JIS L 0105 之 5.1.1

5.設備與儀器
試驗裝置包括用模擬太陽光光譜分佈和輻射強度之太陽光照射試樣表面以及測量感測
熱輻射溫度的測溫儀，與試樣保持一定距離並置於下方。詳見 5.1 至 5.8 的要求。 測
試設備的示例如圖 3 所示。
5.1 光源：須符合 JIS C 8904-9 B 級光譜致合度或更高等級的人工太陽照明燈，並將能
量控制在 (800±100) W/m2，而該能量之量測儀器使用太陽輻射強度儀進行調整。
5.2 試驗台：尺寸 600 mm×450 mm，厚度為 5 mm~7 mm，具備 4 個 48 mm×48 mm 正
方形測試孔之發泡樹脂板，每個孔的中心距離至測試台中心為 64 mm(見圖 1)。
5.3 熱輻射檢測片：符合 JIS H 3100 規定之 C1100P 紅銅板，具備塗裝輻射率 0.94 以上
黑體塗料、0.3 mm 厚度。
5.4 隔層板：具備 4 個 50 mm×50 mm 測試孔、厚度 5 mm 之斷熱性材質，用於間隔試
樣與熱輻射檢測片之間的空間(見圖 2)。
5.5 試樣固定器：具備 4 個 50 mm×50 mm 測試孔、厚度 5 mm 之斷熱性材質，用於固
定試樣，試樣不得鬆弛變形。
5.6 遮光板：安裝於光源和測試台之間，能夠屏蔽整個測試台表面免受光源照射。
5.7 試驗台支架：具有可水平支撐試驗台的結構，並可在試驗台上方和下方分別安裝光
源和熱影像儀。應能在光源光軸與水平支撐試驗台中心對齊的位置支撐垂直懸掛的
光源，光源濾光片與試驗台的距離為 500 mm。
5.8 熱影像儀：熱影像儀須符合 JIS R 1803，用於紀錄熱輻射檢測片表面平均溫度用，
需連接電腦紀錄數據，並連續記錄測量之溫度。
5.9 太陽輻射強度儀：須符合 ISO 9060 第二類性能，用於測量光源之熱輻射強度。

6.樣品準備
應根據 JIS L 0105 的 6.3 或 6.4 從紡織品上取 4 個尺寸為 90 mm × 90 mm 的試樣。
如果紡織品不均勻(例如有圖案)，則應與供應商商定採集試樣區域。

7.試驗方法
7.1 關掉環境照明燈，將太陽輻射強度儀的傳感器放至測試台(5.3)中每個孔的中心，將
所有 4 個孔的光源輸出調整到 (800±100) W/m2 的輻射強度。在整個測量過程中，
光源應保持開啟狀態。
7.2 在光源和測試台之間安裝 1 塊遮光板，將光源與測試台隔開，並使測試台冷卻至與
標準大氣溫度。
7.3 用熱輻射檢測片(5.4)覆蓋測試台上的 4 個孔中的每 1 個。使用前，應對熱輻射檢測
片進行目視檢查，以確保沒有可見變形、缺陷和塗層剝落等異常情況。
7.4 將隔層板(5.5)安裝到 4 個熱輻射檢測片中的每 1 個。
7.5 將試樣的測試表面朝向光源連接到試樣固定器(5.6)的底面，小心避免試樣鬆弛或變
形。將其安裝在隔層板上，使試樣固定器的開口與隔層板的開口對齊。在試驗台的
4 個孔中至少留有 1 個孔處測試 1 個沒有試件的空試樣區作為空白，與試件一起進
行試驗。
7.6 在遮光板就位的情況下，通過熱成像測量樣品熱輻射檢測片的初始(未照光)溫度
Ts0 和空白的 Tb0。
7.7 取下遮光板，開始將樣品暴露在光源的光線下。暴露 30 分鐘後，測量樣品的熱輻
射檢測片的溫度 Ts30 和空白的溫度 Tb30。
7.8 重新安裝遮光板，讓測試台、熱輻射檢測片、隔層板和試樣固定器冷卻到標準大氣
溫度，並取出使用過的試樣。
7.9 在與先前測試不同的孔徑處安裝新樣品和空試樣區(空白)。
7.10 重複 (7.5) 到 (7.9) 的操作，直到對所有 4 個孔徑進行測量。
7.11 計算 Ts0 的平均值(試樣的平均初始溫度，Ts0ave)，Ts30 的平均值(試樣的平均最終溫
度，Ts30ave)，Tb0 的平均值(空白的平均初始溫度，Tb0ave)，和 Tb30 的平均值(空白的平
均最終溫度，Tb30ave)。

8.計算遮熱率
使用以下公式計算試樣之遮熱率 S，並將結果四捨五入至整數。

ΔTs： Ts30ave - Ts0ave ，為試樣平均上升溫度，單位℃
ΔTb： Tb30ave - Tb0ave ，為熱輻射檢測片平均上升溫度，單位℃
Ts0ave：樣品平均初始溫度
Ts30ave：樣品平均最終溫度
Tb0ave：空白平均初始溫度
Tb0ave：空白平均最終溫度

9.報告
測試報告應包括以下資料：
9.1 測試日期
9.2 試驗方法
9.3 測試條件，測試環境溫度和濕度、光源類型、測試表面(試樣的正面與背面)
9.4 樣品標識(名稱、產品編號或其他相關之資料)
9.5 測試結果(遮熱率及其區分記號)，以四捨五入化簡至整數。
9.6 其他注意事項或除本規範規定以外的其他要求(如印花紡織品的試樣製程、預洗處
理等)。
