    I am SHERYL LYNZON SOTELO DOMINGO, 43 years old, female, married and a resident of
    Dalit, Pilar, Abra. I graduated at Union Christian College, San Fernando City, La Union on
    March 2022 and passed the Nursing Licensure Examination on December 2003 at Baguio City. I
    am currently employed as STAFF NURSE by Contractual at Villaviciosa Medicare and
    Community Hospital since August 1, 2016 up to present.
