People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life.

Some
read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways of
reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer.

Most people agree that everybody in the world should do exercise, read books and eat
healthy, but not everyone nows that having these help to avoid stress. Personally I believe
that because I had read a lot of books where I found a lot of information about these,
which I will explore in the following essay.

First of all, I am going to explain the importance of exercising every day in your life. People
exercise for different reasons, but generally, it is done to maintain good health and to
achieve an ideal physique that is highly valued today. In constrast, not everyone knows that
exercising is a way to promote peace and combat symptoms of stress or anxiety. My
personal experience is a compelling illustration of this. At the age of eighteen I started
seeing a psychologist because I was experiencing a lot of anxiety. The doctor prescribed me
some anxiolytics for a couple of months, and during that time, my stress was under control.
However after finishing he tratment, my anxiety episodes returned, and I felt desperate. In
that moment of desperation, I bought a book that talked about the importance of exercising
in our daily lives, so I decided to start doing CrossFit. The next two months were the best of
my life because, without taking any medication I felt perfect, thanks to my active and sporty
lifestyle.

Secondly, the importance of reading books and eathing healthily. Success in life goes han in
hand with managing stress, and there are many things in our daily lives that can make us
feel overwhelmed.. In my opinion, it is very essential to establish a good routine, including
reading books and maintaining a healthy diet based on vegetables, fruits, while avoiding
suggar foods. Additionaly, managing stress is crucial for regulating your hormonal system,
which can revent mental health problems.

In conclusion, there are a lot of natural things you can do in your daily life to reduce stress
and to live withoud anxiety. My personal experience has shown me that taking these
stepscan lead to a happier life compared to not taking them.
