Fundamentally Sri Tulasi Mallaiah is the Pattadar and in possession column Sri Banala Narayan name is witnessed and it is also witnessed as under the caption of “Sarkari” (Govt.) land, and as per the records available from 1960 onwards Banala Narayana and Thulasi Mallaiah names were witnessed as the possessors of the said property, as per the records submitted to me the original owners are in acquisitive, harvesting crops as mowers and the revenue officials also continued their names in the revenue records by implementing the same in the Pahance s from 1954 to 1960 as the farm growers of the entire extent of AcO8-36gts. As per the records scrutinized by me the above said Pattadar s are enjoyed the property along with quietly in their life time with peaceful comportment up to 2005. As per the “Paisal Patti” of 1960 revealed that, on basing of the application of Banal Narayan and Tulsi Malliah for assignment of Patta Lands bearing in Sy No. 220 of Girmapur Village, “Tahsildar_Medchal Taluk” has issued proceedings No. A3/2776/1960 dated 14.04.1960 stating that, with reference to the above subject in accordance of the Special Lawni prepared, the land bearing Sy No. 220 (Karizkatha) of Girmapur village excluded from the records admeasuring Ac08-36gts, Land Revenue of Rs.16-28NP Dry Land out of that, 04.1 8qts of land to each of them have been granted on the name of Banala Narayan and Tulsi Mallaiah son of Narayan vide circular No. 1724 of 1959 A.D. This should be incorporated in the records of Jamabandi. Second Copy of this is issued to Jamabandi Section of Tehsil for necessary action and Triplicate Copy to Narayan and Tulasi Mallaiah as a certificate: therefore, some of Rs.14.57NP LAUNT is approved. As per the Letter/ proceedings issued by the Tahsildar Medchal, with reference number A3/2776/1960 dated 14.04.1960, the Land Revenue of Rs.16.28NP was collected and the subject land of Ac08.36gts was allocated to Mr. Banala Narayan and Tulasi Mallaiah cach AcO4.18gts. the same was incorporated in 1960-61 Paisal Patti “Paisal Patti” of 1962-63 revealed that, As per the Paisal Patti Rs.14-57NP was collected and the subject land of Ac08.36gts was partitioned done by Tahsildar between Banala Narayan and Tulsi Malliah (each AcO4.18gts) and it was confirmed that the land was under cultivation. “Paisal Patti” of 1963 revealed that Of Rs.12.26NP was collected from the Banala Narayan for extent of Ac04.18gts,-and Rs.12.26NP was collected from the Tulsi Mallaiah for extent of AcO4.18gts and the remarks/ notes column says that, the land was sanctioned under SPECIAL LOANI. As per the proceedings A3/2776/1960 “LAUNI IZAFFA” was implemented in the year 1962-63, in favor of the above said “Laune’s” ‘The said property was apportioned and mutated among the two Pattadar s Banala Narayan and Tulsi Mallaiah son of Narayan AcO4-18gts to each by issuing proceedings No. A3/2776/1960 dated 14.04.1960 and the Cess (Land Tax) receipts also beholding the same, the same entries witnessed up 1995-96. Finally, THE DISTRICT LEVEL COMMITTEE constituted and held on 25.10.2021 to scrutinize the proposals for issue of NOC’S in respect of the Lands where Government is not involved in Medchal Malkajigiri District Orders No. E1/248/2017 dated 30.10.2021 “The Committee has taken decision, also sent the proposals to Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration and Stamps’. ‘As per the recommendations of the RDO and Tahsildar Medchal the DISTRICT COLLECTOR Medcha! Fundamentally the Land is under the Govt. possession (Sarkari) mentioned in Pattadar column and in possession column Karizkatha is witnessed and it is also witnessed as under the caption of “Sarkari” (Govt) land, “Sessala” Pahance is Not available in the revenue records, FAISAL PATTI-1957 reveals that, Karizkatha Sy No. 221 extent of AcO8- 19gts witnessed in the name of “TALARI POCHAIAH” S/o Veeraiah recorded, may be sanctioned as “Sawai Jama”. Whereas the FAISAL PATTI-1960 reveals that, Sy No. 221 extent of AcO8-19gts is witnessed that “TALARI POCHAIAH” name is recorded as Pattadar and possessor with an assessment of Rs.31-70NP may be sanctioned as “Sawai Jama”.
