PLEASE READ FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

1. This Admit Card must be presented for verification with one color photograph along with original (not photocopy or
scanned copy) valid Photo-Identity Card (i.e., AADHAAR CARO WITH A PHOTOGRAPH/ PAN
CARD/PASSPORT/DRIVING LICENSE/VOTER'S CARD).
2. Candidates must report at the Examination Centre on scheduled time and he/she will not be permitted to leave the
examination hall before 115 minutes. Candidate shall have to undergo the process of 'FRISKING' before they enter the
examination centre.
3. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the examination only after the proper verification by examination Centre
officials. Candidate will be permitted to occupy their allotted seats once Biometric registration process is complete for
him/her. seat will be allotted to him/her and a verified stamp is affixed on their Admit card.
4. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN EXAMINATION CENTRE/ SHIFT WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
5. Candidates are advised to locate the Exam in at on Centre and its accessibility at least a day before examination, so
that they can reach the center on time for the examination.
6. Possession of books, notes, bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, scale, log table, writing pad,
eraser, cardboard, electronics devices, watch/wrist watch, wallet, goggles, handbags, mobile phones,
earphones, microphones, camera, headphones, pen-drives, pager, Bluetooth devices, calculator, debit/credit
card, electronic pen/scanners ,water bottle, food & beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), arms/weapon, hair
pins/clips, jewelry/ornaments etc and any objectionable items is strictly prohibited in the examination
premises and it will be treated as use of unfair means. case of non-compliance, his/her candidature shall be
cancelled and a suitable legal action in addition, may also be initiated. There is no safekeeping or locker
arrangement for candidate's belongings. JKSSB will not be responsible for its safe custody.
7. Guidelines promulgated by JKUT for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwD) will be applicable for the
examination.
(a) Visually impaired/cerebral palsy, orthopedically handicapped candidates who has a locomotor disability wherein
the dominant writing extremity is affected to the extent of slowing down the performance of the candidate (such
deficiency to be indicated in the medical certificate submitted by the candidate) will be allowed compensatory time of
20 minutes per hour in the examination. Question papers will not be provided in Braille. Candidates who are availing
compensatory time will have to arrange scribe on their own.
(b) PwD Candidate who have indicated the requirement of scribe in the application form are required to bring
following in original:
• Certificate regarding physical limitation on in an examinee to write.
• Letter of undertaking for using Own Scribe. Format available on www.jkssb.nic.in
8. This Admit card is valid only for the stipulated date, shift and time as specified thereon.
9. Qualifying the examination would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of
the eligibility criteria for appointment.
10. The administrator is authorized to dismiss you from the test session for any of the following reasons:
• Creating disturbance. Attempting to take the test on behalf of someone else (Impersonation).
• Talking to other candidates during the test.
• Use of calculators, slide rules, pagers, mobile phones1 concealed microphones 1 wireless devices or any other
equipment/material that may aid in answering questions.
11. The duration on of examination will be 120 minutes for 120 questions. Questions and options will be available in
English language only. There will be 1 Mark for each correct option. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks.
12. Capture of Bio-metric Attendance is mandatory.

Candidates will be allowed to carry only the following Items with them into the examination venue:

1. Admit Card & ID card


2. Wearing masks is mandatory for candidate
3. Transparent water bottle.
4. Hand sanitize
5. Pencil or simple transparent Ball Pen

Candidates wlll be disallowed to appearing examination In below scenarios:

1. Candidates reporting to the centre after gate closing time.


2. Candidate not carrying the printed copy of the admit card.
3. Candidate not carrying the original 10 proof.
4. Candidate has not affixed colour passport size photograph (same as used in registration application) on admit card.

COVID 19 Precautions:

1. Wearing the Mask is compulsory for the candidates, without which they will be disallowed for the examination.
2. Thermal Scanning of the candidates would be done at the gate. candidates showing any of the COVID·19 symptoms
would be allowed to sit for examination at separate place of the venue.
3. The candidates shall be sanitizing their hands before entering the exam hall.
4. The candidate should maintain the social distancing and should avoid crowding in the exam venue.
