Weúve been reminiscing over what a fantastic year 2019 has been and weúre
busy planning for a fantastic 2020| With the end of the season now upon us,
we need to let you know the utilities charges for 2019 and the rates charges
for the 2020 season.
With this letter youúll find;
1. Statement of Account
This statement shows you a summary of your utilities charges for 2019 and
the rates charge which is made up of two elements; a ówater & sewerage
chargeú and ónon-domestic ratesú.
These charges are for a 12-month period, January-December 2020.
2. Utilities Statement
This shows all the fuel that has been used in your holiday home over the 2019
season. It shows the units used and the price per unit. The enclosed guide;
óunderstanding your utilities and rates chargesú gives you more details.
Please note, your utilities and rates charges are due for payment by 31
December 2019.
Great news, we have extended the early payment discount to 5 December
2019 (previously 1 December). Plus, if you clear your account in full, leaving a
zero balance, by 31 December 2019, youúll receive a credit of ^80 towards
your site fees in January 2020. If youúve already settled your account in full,
thank you for your prompt payment.
If youúve chosen to pay your site fees by direct debit, you can add your utilities
and rates charges to your existing direct debit arrangement. To set this up
please call us on 0333 20 25 300, before 5 December 2019.
