What
• Evaluate the supplier performance to the supplier code level (SAP Code) for
different business areas : Mass Production / Maserati / Parts & Services (Mopar)
• Establish the supplier site « sourcing eligibility »

Who
• SQD: manages the BIDLIST and prioritizes its actions

• GPSC: takes into account the « sourcing eligibility » during the RFQ and for
supplier base management

• Supplier: pilots its actions to improve its scoring

• xFCA EMEA, LATAM, APAC Internal: Accessible from SQP system (reporting menu)
• Suppliers: Accessible from SQP system (reporting menu)

When
• Updated monthly, based on the Suppliers results consolidated up until M-1

How
• Each Supplier code starts with 100 points by area, renewed each month, on which penalties are applied
depending to the problems
