2717051 - Unnecessary Conversion in Sales Document Causing Low Precision in Unit Price Calculation

Symptom
Consider the following scenario:

You are using less than the recommended number of decimal fields (6) for the rounding of price.
You are executing a sales scenario.
The document unit of measure is not the same as the base unit of measure of the material you are selling.
The document unit of measure is the same as the price condition ICMI unit of measure.
The price and unit price are calculated with less precision than expected.

This occurs because the system always considers the quantity in base unit of measure MGLME when calculating the ICMI condition price and amount.

Reason and Prerequisites

This SAP Note is relevant only for Brazil.

Solution
After you implement this SAP Note, the system will consider the quantity in document unit of measure (MGAME) field in the amount determination when calculating the ICMI
condition amount.

Import the Support Package specified for your release or implement the attached (manual) correction instruction. As a general rule SAP recommends that you implement the Support
Package specified for your release. However, if you need to install a solution earlier, use the SAP Note Assistant to implement the correction instruction. You can find more
