1130699 - DP90 and message "No expenditure items found"

Symptom
When you call transaction DP90, the system issues the message "No expenditure items found"
(VPK1 310) even though cost rates exist for the objects to be processed.

Instead of this error message, the system should issue the message "No material found for
the specified characteristics" (AD01 159) because it does not find a material for this
characteristics combination in the dynamic item processor (DIP) profile.

When you execute the report RDPPROF45 (ODP2) with the simulation function, the system issues
message AD01 159 as expected.
