 Receiving all incoming delivery and verify with Purchase Order (PO/LPO)

 Arranging material for inspections through QA/QC department for the approval of Client/
Consultant.

 After approval materials storing in designated area with labeling.

 Prepared good received notes through inventory system (SAP) for actual good received,
shortages, wrong & substandard materials.

 Daily receiving materials log shared with concern head and department heads.

 Issuing materials against Material Requisition Notes (MRN) by issuance methods (FIFO).

 Maintain and update stock register on a time basis to maintain the minimum stock level
and request material through the project manager.

 Storage of accepted material. Such as Chemicals, Glue, should be stored in place as per
the MSDS.

• To maintain store records/accounting of materials, assets, equipment, tools, plants, and

Machinery.

 Cleaning construction equipment and testing them to ensure functionality.

 Overseeing or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store.

 Inspecting the construction site and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete
and in good condition.

 Preparing Quality Audit report as per schedule to implement an effective inventory system.

 Monthly consolidated stock statement shared with department heads and project In-
charge.

 Entering Material Requisition Notes (MRN) in the inventory system(SAP).

 Knowledge of material management and inventory management with Invoice Verification

for start to end of the project up to the reconciliation till handing over the Spares.

 Initiated the disposal or returning process for Excess and surplus material as per the
company policy.

 Ensure all relevant documents are maintain to meet the Quality management system as
per (ISO 9001:2015)

 Total store activities from receipt of material, issues, and accounting.

• To monitor stock/movement and timely inform the procurement team through the
construction manager and also initiate purchase requests for routine items and consumables.

• Keep track of materials where expiry dates are applicable and issue them accordingly.

• Prepare material costing on monthly basis, to be charged from stock to different jobs
through consolidated report.
