 Analyze and evaluate Procurement Needs Plan from user functions as basic in procurement

BoQ, PO, DO, product specification as well as the availability of complete budget and
adequate.
 Carry out the process of recording transactions for purchase or procurement of goods and/or
services in the ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) SAP system.
 Make changes to the demand goods and/or services from user function and perform
evaluation and clarification of request for changes in accordance with applicable regulation
applies the company.
 Creating and establishing good coorperative relationships with user functions with all patners
which exists.
 Provide recommendations for improvement the procurement process and/or services.
 Develop product supply chain to achieve economic, technical, and operation targets include
to accomplish acceptable trucking, shipping, train utilization ratio and berth occupancy ratio.
 Establish economic analysis on oil project which also covered CAPEX (capital expenditures)
and OPEX (operating expenditures) plan.

achieve acceptable trucking and shipping utilization ratio and berth occupancy ratio then
achieve 10-20% efficiency (about 1.2 Billion IDR / year).
