DECLARATION OF HEIRSHIP
We, (a) PROSERPINA MELINDA D. PELAYO, (b) MYRA D. CUEVAS, (c)
NATIVIDAD D. PELAYO, (d) MARY ANN D. RAMOSO, (e) MARRIETTA D. SINGSON
(deceased) represented by her daughter JENNIFER S. RAQUEL, (f) YOLANDA D.
CACERES (deceased) represented by her daughter NELSA BIANCA C. OMBING, all of legal
age, Filipinos, all married, and residents of Caloocan City, Philippines; after having been sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the only heirs of the late FRANCISCO VOLTAIRE N. DONASCO who
died intestate on July 1982 at Metro Manila;

2. That the deceased left a certain parcel of land identified as Lot No. 1588-H, Csd-
116819-011544-D, covered by KATIBAYAN NG ORIHINAL NA TITULO Blg. P-29240,
measuring SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHTY-ONE (7,081) Square Meters, situated at San
Agustin Sur (Dawis), Tandag City, Surigao del Sur;

3. That we are the true and lawful heirs of the said deceased under the law;

4. That we can guarantee that there is no person/s other than us to be heirs of our father,
as we are the only siblings born to our parents.

5. That the said deceased left no debts, nor any LAST WILL or TESTAMENT,
and without any outstanding debts or accounts;

6. That pursuant to Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, we hereby declare and
adjudicate unto ourselves the above-described parcel of land by means of this in equal shares pro
indiviso, and hereby files the same with the City Assessors Office in Tandag City, Surigao del
Sur and Registry of Deeds (ROD), Surigao del Sur with the request, that the said adjudication be
made effective without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the aforementioned Rules of Court.
