How to use:
1) Enter the total monthly premium of your plan within the orange Total Premium cell
2) Enter the number of Employees within each tier into the yellow # Employees cells
3) Adjust the yellow Tier Factor if needed

For MANUAL Calucation:

1) Multiply the # Employees times the Tier Factor in each tier
2) Sum those numbers across all tiers. call this X.
3) Divide the total premium by X. call this R.
4) To calculate the new composite rate for each tier, multiply R by the Tier Factor
5) To calculate the new Premium for each tier, multiply the new composite rate by the # of Employees
6) The sum of new Premiums for each tier should always equal the total monthly premium
