Subject: Coordinator of Onboarding

A. JOB SUMMARY

The onboarding coordinator is in charge of organizing and carrying out the


onboarding procedure, which includes administrative duties, orientation, training, and
making sure that new hires are informed and at ease in their new workplace. This
position requires meticulous attention to detail, organization, and excellent
communication.

B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES

1. Welcome new employees, give them an explanation of the organization's


procedures, rules, and culture, and assist them in settling into their new work
environment.
2. Help new hires with the completion of tax forms, benefit registration papers, and
other onboarding procedures. Assure adherence to corporate and legal
requirements.
3. Plan and organize training sessions for new hires, covering software/systems,
safety, and job-specific training.
4. Welcoming new employees with workplace tours and ready-made onboarding
kits.
5. Introducing their team members to the new employees.
6. Give new hires the tools they need to do their jobs, such as office supplies,
identification cards, email addresses, and other tools they might need.
7. Assist new hires with questions and concerns during the onboarding process.
8. Get new employees' feedback regarding their onboarding experience, then utilize
it to make constant improvements to the onboarding procedure.
9. Keep thorough records of all onboarding activities, including completion of
training, compliance paperwork, and employee information.
10. Inform newly hired staff members about events, updates, and any modifications to
corporate policies or procedures.

C. BASIC RELATIONSHIP

Reports to the Recruitment Analytic Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager.

D. QUALIFICATIONS

1. A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related.


2. Experience working as an HR specialist or as an onboarding specialist.
3. Familiarity with common HR tools, including Microsoft office.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizing skills.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
6. Understanding of guidelines, compliance, and HR procedures.
