As for my experiences. I have four years of experience working in the HR field, where I
gained important insights and acquired various important knowledge. As an HR assistant at
San Miguel Corporation, I organized the recruiting process, conducted interviews, and
assessed prospects. I am also experienced and active in conducting staff training and
development campaigns for the good of the company. All my learnings during my four years
as an HR gave me an excellent understanding when it comes to the human resources function
and its influence on corporate performance.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the, where my
talent and expertise were complemented. While I was studying, I built a solid foundation in
human resource fundamentals, such as employee relations, compensation and benefits,
organizational behavior, and the proper recruiting process. Everything I studied gave me the
knowledge and ability to make an effective contribution to the HR department of a dynamic
organization like MERALCO.
