    AUTHORIZATION

    This is to authorize MS. EVELYN AGUHO to pay for and claim the special permit
    / certificate of no objection from the Bureau of Permits, Local Government of Manila, in
    relation to the Championship (4th) Leg of the 2023 Philippine Dragon Boat Regatta on
    December 3, 2023 at the Manila Baywalk Dolomite Beach, Roxas Boulevard, Ermita,
    Manila. Said permit was applied for by the Philippine Dragon Boat Federation.

    As our duly authorized representative, Ms. Aguho is hereby given powers


    necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purpose.
