First Corinthians 9:24–27
These are Paul's metaphors of encouragement for his disciple
in apostleship.
Apostleship is the gift that instills missionary zeal in those
who will go where the gospel is foreign or formerly unheard.
Ging compare ni Paul sa race ang buhay isang apostle...
But in the Christian race all may run to win. There is the
greatest encouragement, therefore, to persevere with all our
strength, in this course.
