NON-EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO SELL AGREEMENT

Ms. EMILY LAFUENTE

You are hereby granted from this date and for the period of six (6) months
commencing from 25 January to 25 July 2022, the non-exclusive authority to negotiate for the
sale/lease of the following described two (2) properties: subject to the terms and conditions
herein stated:

Unit 205 Parking Slot 129


Area 59.5 sqm. 13.25 sqm.
Feature 2-bedroom with veranda Parking slot
Inclusion in the sale All furnishings and fixtures
Total Purchase Price PhP8,500,000.00 PhP1,000,000.00

The undersigned hereby agrees to pay you a commission of three percent (3%), subject
to withholding taxes and other applicable fees, based on the total purchase price obtained
from the aforementioned properties sold by you at the price herein authorized or at such price
and terms as may be acceptable.

The undersigned hereby certifies that she is the owner of said properties, free and clear
from any liens and encumbrances.

By accepting this agreement, you hereby commit to use all your sales effort towards
securing the sale of properties and shall register with me the names of your prospective
purchase(s) during the period covered by this Authority, particularly from the time the
negotiation on the sales transaction shall commence.

Finally, it is agreed that the sale is subject to the Deed of Restrictions of the
condominium corporation of Bristle Ridge Residences, Baguio City.
