Sub: Inviting nomination of Officers & Supervisors for offline Workshop Technology course

Nominations are invited for a 1-week (4 days) course on Workshop Management & Technology
to be conducted offline by IRIMEE at JMP for Officers & Supervisors of Zonal Railways and PUs.
The course covers various key aspects of Workshop Management in the Indian Railways, including:
Incentive Schemes with Case Study (both of CLW Pattern and Group Incentive Scheme),
Technical overview of C&W POH activities (ICF and LHB coaches, Wagons, CTRB, TL/AC
systems etc.), Workshop Safety, CNC Machines, Mechatronics, Important Certifications,
Project Management Tools including CPM, PERT and Gantt charts etc.:
