Ecological Concern
i. A consumer ecological responsibility refers to an individual's intention to act dir-
ected toward remedy environmental problems, not as an individual user with fin-
ancial interests, but as a responsible citizen who cares about the social and envir-
onmental well-being of society.
(Pawaskar, U.S Rut, R.D. Gardas, B.B. 2018) (26)

ii. The study's important finding is that although consumers in country areas are con-
scious of the green movements, marketers have likely only partially considered
the market for environmentally friendly goods.
Kautish P, Dash G (2017)

iii. In several areas, values are interpreted differently. Value serves as a significant
foundation for economic decisions. It serves as a monetary indicator of the eco-
nomic gain attained by a person or organization engaging in that activity.
(Liao, Z. 2018) 15

iv. Since they have an innate care for the environment and society, consumers will
take actions to protect the environment. Environmental concern arises when
people become aware of environmental destruction, which leads them to develop
an ecological attitude and ecological ideals.
(Sánchez-Bravo, P. Chambers, E. 2020) 32
