– 5 Protein Shakes @ 50 grams protein each.


– 6-10 wings or similar for lunch if <8% BF
– OMAD – 1500 to 3000 calories fatty meat

Tuesday (Carnivore OMAD)

– 5 Protein Shakes @ 50 grams protein each.


– 6-10 wings or similar for lunch if <8% BF (~500 calories)
– OMAD – 1500 to 3000 calories fatty meat

Wednesday (Calorie Downcycle)

– 5 Protein Shakes @ 50 grams protein each.


– 6-10 wings or similar for lunch if <8% BF
– OMAD – less fatty meat (NY Strip/Hamburger/Salmon?)

Thursday (Carnivore OMAD)

– 5 Protein Shakes @ 50 grams protein each.


– 6-10 wings or similar for lunch if <8% BF
– OMAD – 1500 to 3000 calories fatty meat

Friday (RAMPAGE)

– Approximately 50g carbs per meal, until 3 hour cheat window


– Then 3 hours to get to 4 carbs per lb over day (600-800 grams)

Saturday (Carnivore OMAD)

– 5 Protein Shakes @ 50 grams protein each.


– 6-10 wings or similar for lunch if <8% BF
– OMAD – 1500 to 3000 calories fatty meat

Sunday (High Calorie Keto)

– 5 Protein Shakes @ 50 grams protein each.


– Two solid meat-based meals.
