Dear Intelligent Dive,

This letter acknowledges and confirms the agreement of Agent One (Agent#1) to provide The
Company (Intelligent Dive) in the area of marketing and/or content creation in accordance with
the following terms and conditions (Agreement).

1. Term:

Parties hereby agree that this Agreement shall come into force on 24, July, 2023 and shall
remain valid until one of the parties terminates the agreement in accordance with the terms
below.

2. Duties:

Agent#1 has been retained to provide the following services:

Management of all Facebook advert campaigns within this time

Reporting of all results in an end of month report

3. Payment:

Agent#1 will send an invoice of $500 five days prior to the end of the month after which
Intelligent Dive will pay IAG within 5 working days.

In case of late payment Agent One remains the right to charge Intelligent Dive statutory interest
in accordance with Algeria law.

4. Renewal:

This Agreement will be renewed automatically after the 24th of every month.

5. Termination:
If Intelligent Dive wishes to terminate the renewal of this contract he must give written notice to
Agent One before the 24th of the month. If notice is given after the 24th of a month this contract
will be renewed for one more month after which it will be terminated. ]

6. Modification or Waiver:

The terms of this Agreement may be modified or waived only by written agreement, signed by
both of the parties.

7. Creative Property:

Agent#1 has the right to redistribute client content on its own social media after Intelligent Dive
already published this content. If Intelligent Dive wants a piece of content removed from
Agent#1 social media, Intelligent Dive will send an email to Agent#1 after which Agent One has
48 hours to remove this piece of content.

8. Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Algeria.
Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall in first instance be
exclusively decided by the competent court in Algeria.
