The symposium, organized in honor of Mental Health Month,
National Mental Health Week, and World Mental Health Day,
aims to highlight the universal right to quality healthcare and
protection from mental health risks. Governor Bonifacio C.
Lacwasan Jr. supports the importance of mental health in
employee performance, stating that it helps employees
flourish in their roles, manage stress, and boost confidence.
He emphasizes the need for open discussions about mental
health at home, public spaces, and workplaces to help each
other understand and sustain mental health.
